Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited in the UK is seeking a Salesforce & MuleSoft Technical Delivery Manager to own the technical delivery plan for the Salesforce & MuleSoft team and coordinate the work to turn priorities into realistic plans and delivered outcomes.

Reporting to the Salesforce & MuleSoft Manager, you will align cross-system releases, API dependencies and environment synchronization across ARC/DTCommand and core business systems, with a hybrid work pattern requiring one day per week in the

Qualifications

• Proven technical delivery management experience in Salesforce/integration programs.
• Ability to create and maintain realistic technical delivery plans, dependencies and milestones.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development/release lifecycles and integration delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planning and coordination across Salesforce and integration workstreams.
• Manage RAID/RACI and blockers; coordinate with ARC and Salesforce teams.
• Oversee release pipelines, environment management, and sandbox usage with Copado/Azure DevOps.
• Establish structured testing checkpoints with QA to protect live systems.
• Produce clear progress updates to stakeholders and manage capacity.
