Job Description:

• Proficiency in coding (e.g., AMP Script, SQL) and understanding of integrations with other marketing and CRM systems.
• Experience in developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations (Ampscript), integrations, data migrations, and marketing technologies.
• Experience in Data Architecture.
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder and Email Studio.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support.
• Strong understanding of Infobip and similar SMS/E-mail tools.
• Experience in data profiling, data governance, and standardization of marketing datasets.
• Experience in data modeling and architecture, including data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture & mapping.
• Experience in designing and developing advanced customizations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM best practices, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Terraform.
