Job Description:

The Role

As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead / Senior Developer, you will work closely with clients to understand their business and existing technologies. You will use your knowledge of React JS, web applications, and integrations to build and design complete solutions for the integration, extension, or enhancement of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (PWA/MRT) platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Document the design process with technical specifications and diagrams as references for the development team.
  • Coordinate with support teams prior to launch and update documentation throughout the development cycle.
  • Serve as the PWA/MRT and Commerce Cloud B2C Technical Lead/Senior Developer, sharing knowledge and mentoring newer developers.
  • Stay updated on web technologies and share relevant ideas and techniques for eCommerce.
  • Participate in improving internal software development processes.
  • Perform design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions.
  • Document and share best practices for new solutions.
  • Assess high-priority or critical enhancement requests and track end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Learn new technologies like PWA/MRT and Salesforce B2C through self-learning.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Experience developing real-time enterprise-grade websites within large projects/teams using React.js (Next.js), Node.js (Express.js), Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFRA, SCAPI, SLAS), Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, Media Query.
  • Previous experience with state management frameworks (e.g., Redux).
  • Experience building and deploying with serverless frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of code quality, security, and performance considerations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Progressive Web Application (PWA / Composable) development.
  • Experience integrating third-party applications using RESTful services.
  • Strong knowledge of payment gateway integrations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Terraform.
