Job summary

Dialpad, the AI platform for customer experience, seeks a Software Engineer on the Integrations team to advance our native Salesforce integration and other critical apps. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders, and engage external stakeholders to deliver seamless data flows across systems.

This role reports to the Director of Engineering in London and is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with at least one OO language, especially Java or Python.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Collaborative & team player, but able to work independently & autonomously.
• Agentic AI experience.
• Usage of AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for coding tasks.
• Salesforce experience and Apex knowledge.
• Experience building integrations.
• Proficiency with ETL data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration.
• Develop other Dialpad integrations.
• Write architectural design & specification documents.
• Develop well-tested features with unit tests.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with tests.
• Participate in code reviews for quality and scalability.
• Assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies & initiatives.
• Work with Stack: Apex, Python, Vue.js, Redis, Google Cloud.
