Job summary

Dialpad is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our London-based hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 times per week. You’ll develop and maintain Dialpad's Salesforce integrations, mentor teammates, and contribute to agentic AI initiatives, using Python, Vue.js, and our cloud stack.

You will participate in design reviews, write robust tests, and ensure scalable, clean code while collaborating across engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Experience with at least one major backend programming language, especially Java or Python, and one major frontend programming language, especially Vue or React.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Dialpad's Salesforce integration.
• Contribute to the development of other Dialpad integrations.
• Write architectural design & specification documents.
• Develop well-tested features with appropriate test hooks, resulting in low defect reports.

This position reports to our Engineering Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our London office. This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 times per week.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Dialpad's Salesforce integration.
• Contribute to the development of other Dialpad integrations.
