- Experience leading software engineering teams or technical delivery.
- Strong hands-on development with Python.
- Cloud experience across AWS and/or Azure.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, microservices and modern software design.
- Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across a critical business platform.
- Drive engineering standards, architecture and best practices.
