Job summary

Liberis Limited is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Lead to own the technical direction of a Salesforce org and lead a pod of developers and admins. You will balance hands-on coding with people leadership, guiding architecture decisions and delivery across multiple markets.

You’ll work within a hybrid model, collaborating with product, data, and commercial teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and drive automation, security, and governance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Salesforce development role with architecture ownership.
• Deep command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL; declarative config like Flow.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Some leadership/mentoring experience and interest in growing it.
• Track record in improving sales/operations processes.
• Comfortable communicating with non-technical stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce Architect certification or progress toward one.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Salesforce org and team growth.
• Review code, guide architecture, and lead incident response when needed.
• Maintain platform health: security, data quality, governance, and automation adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to align Salesforce with business needs.
• Own roadmap input and ensure scalability across teams.
• Represent team in cross-team and leadership discussions.
