Job summary

Sonos, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Engineer (IC2) to join our CRM team in Glasgow. This role focuses on building B2B dealer portal capabilities and integrating Salesforce across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and CPQ with Agentforce AI features.

You will collaborate with product owners and senior engineers to design, implement, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, ensuring data quality and system reliability while supporting partner workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• About two years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Foundational understanding of Salesforce data model: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components; Java or C# are a plus.
• Fundamental software dev principles: OOP, version control, debugging and unit testing.
• Ability to map business processes to technical patterns and collaborate with teams.
• Willingness to work from the Glasgow office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance dealer-facing features in the B2B Dealer Portal: ordering, visibility, self-service.
• Support partner workflows in Salesforce: onboarding, tier management, quoting.
• Design, develop and configure Salesforce functionality using Apex and LWC.
• Implement Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities with senior engineers and partners.
• Contribute to all phases: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, support.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and designs.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and coordinate with operations and external teams.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and performance through robust testing and integrations.
