Job summary

Sonos LLC in Glasgow is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join our B2B Dealer Portal team. You’ll turn business needs into tested, maintainable Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, and Flow, collaborating with product owners and senior engineers.

The role requires about two years of Salesforce development experience, a solid understanding of Salesforce data models, and comfort with Git and testing. This is a hybrid role with in-office presence three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on Salesforce development experience or equivalent.
• Foundational understanding of Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components; Java/C# relevant.
• Knowledge of OO programming, version control, debugging and unit testing.
• Ability to understand business processes and communicate clearly with teams.

Responsibilities

• Build dealer-facing features in the B2B Dealer Portal, including ordering and visibility.
• Support partner workflows in Salesforce, including onboarding, tier management, and quoting.
• Design, develop and configure Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Flow and platform features.
• Implement and support Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities for dealer experiences.
• Contribute to all development lifecycle phases: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment and support.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to clarify requirements and design solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues with Salesforce processes and integrations with operations teams.
