Sonos in Glasgow is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to build and maintain dealer-facing features in the B2B Dealer Portal. The role focuses on onboarding, quoting, and partner workflows within Salesforce, using Apex, LWC, and Flow.

You’ll contribute across the development lifecycle, collaborate with product owners and engineers, and ensure data quality and platform performance while working in a hybrid setup requiring 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on Salesforce development experience or equivalent.
• Foundational SFDC platform knowledge: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and enhance dealer-facing features in the B2B Dealer Portal, including ordering, order visibility, and account self-service.
• Support partner workflows in Salesforce, including onboarding, tier management, deal registration, and quoting.
• Design and configure Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and standard features.
• Implement Agentforce and AI-enabled capabilities for dealer/partner experiences and validate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to all development lifecycle phases: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to clarify requirements and design solutions.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce processes and integrations with operations teams and partners.
