Job summary

TekSelect is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the technology team based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will own day-to-day administration, configuration and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with Sales Cloud and building solutions using Flow, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2 days in the office per week and the rest

Qualifications

• Experience as Salesforce Administrator or similar hands-on Salesforce role.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Good knowledge of declarative Salesforce development, especially Flow.
• Experience configuring objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types and Lightning pages.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security: profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing administration, configuration and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud to support business and operational requirements.
• Design and build automation using Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered flows, screen flows and scheduled automation.
• Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, permissions and sharing.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation across the platform.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data-quality processes.
