Job summary

Understanding Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Engineer in London on a hybrid basis. The role involves owning and evolving the Salesforce platform across Sales and Service Cloud, with hands-on engineering and integration work to drive the technology transformation.

The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce experience, be comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions, and work within a large organisation to ensure platform health and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud
• Build and govern Apex solutions, including classes, triggers and SOQL queries
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, external APIs and wider business systems
• Take ownership of platform performance, security, resilience and technical architecture
• Have strong experience supporting and developing Salesforce within a complex organisation
• Ideally have experience with Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP, Agentforce, Data 360 or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
