Job summary

Threecolts is seeking a Salesforce Architect to own end-to-end CRM architecture across the customer lifecycle, including acquisitions, contracting, expansions, and renewals. You will design custom objects, complex flows, and integrations with Stripe, Sage, and Slack to provide reliable, real-time product usage and billing data for commercial teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, enforce governance, and mentor teams while auditing the tech stack for cost reductions.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration experience.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, lead conversions, and renewals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional builds end to end.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
• Own end-to-end CRM architecture across the customer lifecycle.
• Ingest and map data from Stripe, Sage, and core platform to keep real-time reporting.
• Lead technical scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to improve lead management and forecasting processes.
• Enforce data validation, governance, and business rules as models evolve.
• Maintain documentation and deployment workflows for transparency.
• Audit tech stack for cost reductions and seamless migrations.
