Job summary

Experis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a major digital transformation programme. This hands-on role focuses on enhancing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. The position offers UK-wide flexibility and immediate start for suitable applicants.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and internal teams to deliver high-quality features, optimize performance, and stabilise ongoing workstreams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.
Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations.
Experience with Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential).
Ability to pick up an existing project quickly and deliver high-quality work from day one.
Excellent problem/solving capability and clear communication.
Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Developing and enhancing custom functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Building and optimising Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations.
Supporting delivery, including new features, fixes, and performance improvements.
Working closely with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams.
Helping stabilise and extend an in-flight project where speed and quality both matter.
