Job summary

Zoopla is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Sales Enablement team. You’ll be one of two engineers in a small cross‑functional group, building and running Salesforce platform tooling for our commercial teams.

You’ll help rebuild quoting, pricing and packaging for products, while handling platform improvements. You’ll work with admins, product manager/owner, and designers to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Apex, SOQL and JavaScript experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient in LWC and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with CPQ, data modelling and legacy system simplification.
• Familiarity with API integrations, retries and data ownership.
• Track record of improving existing Salesforce architectures.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, observable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build declarative and coded solutions across the Salesforce platform.
• Create integrations between Salesforce and surrounding systems, handling failures gracefully.
• Own technical design for projects; document and advocate for it.
• Share knowledge through pairing, walkthroughs and documentation.
• Consider scale, security and observability before production.
• Collaborate with product manager/owner and designer to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Refactor legacy processes and improve patterns used by the team.
