Job summary

Mason Frank International are partnering with a leading UK publisher to hire a Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ experience. The role is fully remote in the UK, offering £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits.

You will design, develop and optimize CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce platforms. You'll bring hands-on CPQ configuration, Apex and LWC development, REST/SOAP API integrations and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong CPQ configuration and development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security models.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
• Build and enhance Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and Salesforce integrations.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce CPQ including product rules, pricing rules, quote templates and approval processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support platform enhancements, releases, deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Participate in code reviews and champion Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend continuous improvements across the Salesforce estate.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Salesforce team responsible for delivering innovative solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and wider Salesforce technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders, administrators, architects, and product teams to develop scalable solutions that drive business efficiency and support continued digital transformation.

Desirable Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Billing or subscription-based business models.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud or Service Cloud.
