Quantcast seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering. You will architect scalable CPQ-driven configurations, quote workflows, and billing integrations while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, robust integrations, and ongoing platform optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
1+ years of Salesforce CPQ development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions for core business functions.
Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for complex pricing, product configuration, and quoting needs.
Build advanced customizations, flows, and logic for quoting, discounts, renewals, subscriptions, and billing integration.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using web services and APIs.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards for quality and performance.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies.
Provide technical leadership in platform optimization, security, and scalability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and assess impact on CPQ.
