Job summary

Conexus MedStaff is recruiting a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain automation and customizations across our Salesforce environment. The role blends declarative and programmatic development to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support recruitment and healthcare operations.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce features, while applying best practices, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to a growing tech function

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce experience across configuration, automation and Experience Cloud.
• Apex, LWC/Aura, Salesforce APIs, and integrations knowledge.
• Experience with data management, version control, testing and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
