Job summary

Conexus MedStaff is recruiting a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain automation and customizations across our Salesforce environment. The role blends declarative and programmatic development to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support recruitment and healthcare operations.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce features, while applying best practices, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to a growing tech function

The role

The Salesforce Developer will design, build, and maintain automation and customizations across our Salesforce environment. This role covers both declarative and programmatic development, applying Salesforce best practices and building scalable, maintainable solutions. This role will form an important part of our development function, with key responsibilities around optimizing our business processes and operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Strong Salesforce experience across configuration, automation, security and Experience Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Apex, LWC/Aura, Salesforce APIs and building custom solutions and integrations.
• Experience with data management, GitHub, version control, testing and deployments.
• A practical approach to turning business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, prototypes and improvements.
• Confident communicator who can support users, provide training and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines and projects.
• An understanding of recruitment or business development processes would be a bonus.
• A growth mindset, with a willingness to keep learning and develop your Salesforce skills across both admin and development.
