Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including multi-channel campaigns and automation. The role requires 4–6 years IT experience with 2–3 years in Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, plus hands-on Apex, CRM Analytics, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL and API integrations.

You will work 100% in an office-based setting in Manchester or Inverness, collaborating with marketing teams and following data governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT experience, with 2–3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.
• Experience with Apex, CRM Analytics, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL and API integrations.
• Experience managing data extensions, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Able to collaborate with marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• BPSS clearance eligibility; willing to work 100% office-based in Manchester or Inverness.

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of IT experience and 2–3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud experience to support Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM Analytics, develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, and deliver automation solutions. The role will work closely with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while following Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.

• Experience managing data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance standards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM Analytics support environments.
• Willingness to work 100% office-based in Manchester or Inverness.
• Availability to participate in a rotational on-call support schedule within a 12-hour service window.
• Eligibility for BPSS clearance and completion of additional vetting requirements.
