Are you an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer looking to take ownership of a growing a multi‑cloud CRM ecosystem? Do you want to join a global technology brand at a pivotal moment as they scale customer engagement and build a world‑class CRM foundation?

Our client is hiring a Platform Developer to support the development and daily operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll work closely with a high‑performing CRM team in Norway, helping design automated journeys, optimise data flows, and ensure stable, high‑quality platform performance across Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, and Data Cloud.

The role blends hands‑on technical delivery with platform governance — including AMPscript and SQL development, segmentation, automation design, troubleshooting, and maintaining data accuracy across clouds. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Service, Software, and Data teams to translate business needs into robust, well‑architected solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience across journeys, automations, data modelling, and scripting, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Data Cloud, Salesforce Core, or Salesforce certifications is a strong advantage.
