Mason Frank International is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a leading UK-based digital organisation in London. You will develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, focusing on LWCs and Apex to improve processes and drive automation across the business.

Working with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will tackle integration projects, optimise performance, and enhance user experience while staying commercially aware and collaborative in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce expertise with strong commercial development experience.
• LWC, lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of integrations, including connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, and REST/SOAP APIs.

A leading UK-based digital organisation is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join its cross-functional Agile team. Working alongside Product, Design, and Engineering, you'll help deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and drive automation across the business.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes, optimise performance, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Customisation & Coding: Develop and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.
• Integration Projects: Work on complex integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Designers and Product Managers to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to optimise system performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven Salesforce expertise with strong commercial Salesforce development experience. Salesforce certifications are desirable but not essential.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and complex form handling.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of integrations, including connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, and REST/SOAP APIs.
