Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including multi-channel campaigns and automation. The role requires 4–6 years IT experience with 2–3 years in Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, plus hands-on Apex, CRM Analytics, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL and API integrations.

You will work 100% in an office-based setting in Manchester or Inverness, collaborating with marketing teams and following data governance standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT experience, with 2–3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.
• Experience with Apex, CRM Analytics, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL and API integrations.
• Experience managing data extensions, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Able to collaborate with marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• BPSS clearance eligibility; willing to work 100% office-based in Manchester or Inverness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and automation.
• Configure Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Support Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM Analytics environments.
• Develop solutions using Apex and CRM Analytics.
• Apply AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for data management and personalization.
• Develop and maintain API integrations.
• Manage data extensions and audience segmentation.
• Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Adhere to Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance.
• Liaise with technology vendors as required.
• Use Salesforce CLI for development and support.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
