Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 6-month, fully onsite position in Manchester (or Inverness). The role requires 100% office-based work with a 07:00-19:00 UK service window and an on-call rotation.

You will support Service Cloud and CRM Analytics, develop Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, and collaborate with marketing teams to implement multi-channel campaigns using Apex, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years IT experience with Salesforce
• 2–3 years in Marketing/Sales Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules and data governance

Location: Manchester or Inverness- fully onsite

Office-Based Working: This role requires 100% office-based working - 12-hour service window (07:00-19:00 UK time/08:00-20:00 CET).
On-Call Support: Participation in a rotational on-call support schedule is required

Job Description:

• Salesforce support and vendor tech liaison for Service Cloud and CRM Analytics
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Developer (B2) with 4-6 years of IT experience and 2-3 years in Marketing/Sales Cloud to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and automation solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder, experience in Salesforce's Command Line Interface
• Proficiency in Apex and CRM Analytics
• Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS (Server Side JavaScript), SQL queries, and API integrations for data management and personalization
• Experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analytics
• Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while following Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance standards
