Job summary

Academy of Medical Sciences is seeking a Salesforce-focused Senior Officer to manage and improve our core CRM and related business systems. You will administer Salesforce, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to translate requirements into practical system enhancements.

Based in London with hybrid working (50% office attendance), you will work within the Business Information team to ensure data quality, governance and seamless system integrations across platforms.

Qualifications

• Substantial practical experience administering or developing Salesforce in a working environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including objects, fields, permissions, reports and dashboards.
• Experience supporting and administering CRM or other business systems beyond end-user usage.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, proportionate system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce (users, permissions, reports, dashboards, data).
• Investigate problems and implement solutions, coordinating with external partners when needed.
• Capture business needs and translate them into practical system changes.
• Configure and implement straightforward Salesforce improvements and support larger developments.
• Support data quality, governance and system documentation; deliver training.
