Role: Salesforce Consultant (Mid-Senior)

Location: United Kingdom

TekSelect is partnered with a long-standing, boutique partner based in the UK who delivers multi-cloud implementations across various industries, with a particular specialization in health, pharma, and life sciences. Due to signing several projects in this space, they are hiring mid/senior level functional consultants with relevant industry experience to join the team.

You will deliver end-to-end implementations, playing a central role in liaising with stakeholders while being heavily involved in the design and build phase. This will be split across industry verticals, focusing on Pharma, a high-demand vertical.

Your personal career growth is prioritized, supported through direct mentorship from senior architects and C-Suite, alongside dedicated and funded internal L&D (including certifications).

This is a remote-first role, offering flexible working hours to cater to a healthy work-life balance. The team meets quarterly across the UK for social meet-ups and to recognize/reward hard work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Salesforce experience
• Core Cloud experience is essential
• Industry experience across pharma, healthcare, and/or life sciences
• Consulting background
• Excellent ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Hands-on ability with code (Apex, LWC) – Advantageous
• Full right to work in the UK
• Hands-on with configuration and automation, using flows
• Salesforce Certified (Admin and Service Cloud – Preferred)
