As we expand, we are looking for a Practice Lead to support presales activity and delivery while shaping the future of our consultancy.

The Role

As a Practice Lead, you will be a key strategic leader within our business, responsible for both supporting sales engagements and ensuring successful project delivery. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy, helping us win new business while maintaining high standards of delivery excellence.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of shaping best practices, mentoring consultants, and influencing our go-to-market strategy for Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Business Development:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities

Lead discovery sessions, scoping workshops, and technical demos for prospective clients.

Provide solution design, estimations, and proposal input for new engagements.

Work closely with Salesforce and partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

Delivery Leadership & Practice Development:

Oversee solution design and best practices across multiple client engagements.

Act as an escalation point for project teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Mentor and upskill consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Define and refine delivery methodologies, frameworks, and accelerators.

Thought Leadership & Innovation:

Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates, trends, and industry best practices.

Develop and present case studies, whitepapers, and best practice guides.

Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and Salesforce user groups.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading presales and delivery in a Salesforce consultancy or similar environment.

Expertise in Salesforce Core Clouds and familiarity with Marketing Cloud

Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, automation, and personalisation strategies.

Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data architecture.

A commercial mindset, with the ability to shape proposals and drive new business.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from C-suite to technical teams.

Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
