The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively. Proven experience in managing and leading diverse development teams is essential. The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £80k DOE + 10% pension, remote working, over 30 days annual leave, healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.
