Job summary

Goodlord is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to optimise internal processes and Salesforce-powered systems. Based in London or Sheffield, you’ll split time between in-office and remote work, balancing BAU tasks with strategic projects across Sales, Support, Marketing and Finance.

You’ll own admin, configuration and integrations (GetAccept, Vonage, HubSpot), build dashboards, and apply AI capabilities to automate real-world challenges while ensuring data governance and robust

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation with best-practice approach.
• Experience identifying AI opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Ability to map processes with stakeholders and translate pain points into scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of integration logic, data sync behaviours, and APIs (HubSpot, GetAccept).
• Structured debugging, documentation, and testing aligned with change control.

Responsibilities

• Balance BAU system admin tasks with long-term strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and document specifications.
• Own administration and integrations of GetAccept, Vonage, HubSpot.
• Map, manage, and improve sales process workflows.
• Utilise Salesforce reporting and Data Loader to maintain data and create dashboards.
• Debug new system, AI, or process issues with minimal disruption.
