Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential.
• Hands-on Salesforce Platform Administration or Sales Cloud support experience.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce core platform: users, profiles, security, reporting.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM best practices.
• Strong communication and training material creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and troubleshoot Salesforce inquiries; escalate complex issues.
• Deliver end-to-end training and onboarding for B2B Salesforce users.
• Perform data integrity reviews and enforce governance policies.
• Create and maintain operational Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Configure minor enhancements and participate in UAT testing.
• Coordinate IT tickets and maintenance related to Salesforce.
