Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an EMEA Salesforce Lead to drive adoption, governance, and optimal use of Salesforce across the regional sales org. You will partner with sales leaders to maximise processes, analytics, and visibility into performance.

You will develop dashboards, maintain data quality, and support forecasting and planning while collaborating with global teams on enhancements and deployments.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years in Salesforce administration, sales operations, or CRM management.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience supporting sales in a multi-country or regional environment.
  • Proven ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce adoption, governance, and best practices across the EMEA region.

EMEA Salesforce Lead
What You Will Do

As the EMEA Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimisation, and effective use of Salesforce across the EMEA sales organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to sales leaders and commercial teams, you will provide expertise on sales tools, processes, and technologies to maximise productivity and business performance. You will leverage data, reporting, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, improve visibility of sales activities, and support strategic decision-making. This role combines sales operations, CRM leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure Salesforce delivers maximum value to the business.

How You Will Do It

What We Are Looking For
Required:
  • University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, CRM management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience supporting sales organisations within a multi-country or regional environment
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working within a complex global matrix organisation
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
  • Project management or continuous improvement experience
