NTT America, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Salesforce Agentforce Lead to join our Salesforce Architecture and Innovation team, delivering agentic AI solutions for prestigious public sector clients in the UK. UK Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it is required.

You will guide strategic advisory, solution design, and technical delivery while mentoring diverse teams and engaging senior stakeholders. Strong governance, security, and DevOps experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting/architecture roles with public sector transformations.
• Deep Salesforce expertise with Agentforce focus and related tech (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Omnistudio).
• Proven ability to provide architectural recommendations and trade‑offs.
• Certifications in Salesforce are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor and squad lead for Agentforce AI solutions on Salesforce.
• Lead teams across BA, researchers, developers and testers to deliver solutions.
• Drive pre‑sales, architecture reviews, and secure client buy‑in through demonstrations.
