NTT DATA Europe & Latam in London is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our UKI practice. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across the full lifecycle, engaging with architects, owners and DevOps teams in a public sector context.

You will mentor junior developers, drive engineering excellence and oversee estimation, planning and risk management in an Agile environment. NPPV3 clearance is required or is to be pursued as part of joining.

Formación

• 7+ years Salesforce platform experience with leading technical delivery on large enterprise programmes.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Apex and LWC.
• Experience with data modelling, integration architecture and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned to standards.
• Provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle and translate requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to estimation, delivery planning and risk management for successful outcomes.
• Champion high-quality engineering through code reviews, testing, security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, testers and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge sharing across teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning to support transparent delivery.
