Job summary

Matthew James Group Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and support of its Salesforce platform. You will support ~100 users, handle queries, and implement configuration changes to meet business needs.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external specialists on larger developments, while maintaining documentation and user training. This is a permanent role based on-site in Gloucester.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong experience with Salesforce is essential.
• Experience making configuration changes and providing user support.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is required.
• Experience with workflows and Salesforce Flow.
• Comfort dealing with non-technical stakeholders and users.
• Marketing Cloud experience is beneficial.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is advantageous.
• Sage 200 integration experience would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and first-line user support.
• Manage users, permissions, profiles and access.
• Make field, configuration and workflow changes.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flow automation, validation rules and approvals.
• Maintain reports, dashboards and list views.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes.
• Coordinate with external Salesforce specialists for larger developments.
• Maintain system documentation and train users.
