Alpha International seeks a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce instance and related systems such as Campaign Monitor. You will work with the Head of CRM to translate business needs into solid solutions and ensure the platforms remain healthy and valuable.

Key responsibilities include data governance, reporting, and integrations, with a focus on proactive problem solving. Applications close 8 November; salary range £43,000–£45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience administering Salesforce with multiple connected systems and integrations.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Administer Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, and related systems, managing users, security, and access.
• Oversee data governance, retention, and platform compliance standards.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce functionality and automation.
• Translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions with design input.
• Troubleshoot integrations and support data synchronisation issues.
• Collaborate on scoping and implementation of new system integrations.
