Radwell International is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Admin / Configurator to join us in optimising and managing our new Salesforce platform to support our growing business.

The Role

As Salesforce Admin / Configurator, you will be pivotal in the administration, configuration, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and maintaining Salesforce user setup, profiles, permissions, and business processes
• Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automations aligned with business needs
• Collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Maintaining data integrity through best practices in data hygiene, de-duplication, and validation
• Leading Salesforce-related projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT stakeholders
• Monitoring system performance, security, and compliance, managing access controls and role hierarchies
• Providing training and ongoing support to end-users, and maintaining detailed documentation

About You

You are an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Configurator with:

· Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimisation

· Strong understanding of data management best practices and Salesforce security settings

· Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

· Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable

· A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to your work

In addition, a computer science /IT qualification would be desirable.

Also, if you speak any languages other than English at a fluent level, that would be advantageous to your application; Radwell operates internationally, so any other languages you can speak will always be helpful in this role.
