Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in both project-based work and business-as-usual (BAU) Salesforce administration tasks. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes to support, optimise, and enhance our Salesforce environment as we grow our presence on the platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the wider Change team of business analysts and project managers, as well as stakeholders, to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including complex flows, lightning pages (including dynamic layouts), custom fields and objects, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, custom settings and metadata, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage deployments across environments using Gearset, ensuring successful implementation and providing hypercare post-go-live.
- Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party tools, internal systems, and external companies.
- Support data migration efforts and maintain data quality during projects.
BAU Administration:
- Perform mass communication operations, including outreach to clients via existing integrations.
- Handle day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user license management, security settings, and permission management.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain data integrity through imports/exports.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insights.
- Implement system updates with minimal disruption.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose solutions.
What you can bring:
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation capabilities, best practices, and order of operations, especially complex Flows.
- Experience working with custom objects, managed packages, and standard Salesforce features.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including user setup, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to optimize existing processes and implement declarative changes like validation rules, picklists, lookup fields, relationships, and formulas.
- Experience with Lightning App Builder, dynamic layouts, and conditional visibility.
- Experience with metadata deployments and understanding their impact and risks.
- Experience managing hierarchical data loads.
- Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate effectively with the team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Litify managed package is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Developer experience, especially in invocable Apex classes.
- Trailhead certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer.
- Experience with Titan applications, especially Titan Web and Titan Sign.
