Salesforce Administrator

Location: Birmingham | Salary: Competitive | Type: 6 month FTC

We are currently working with a forward-thinking organisation looking to bring on board a proactive and detail-driven Salesforce Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of project-based work and business-as-usual (BAU) tasks, and who is keen to make a tangible impact within a growing Salesforce environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the company's Salesforce platform, collaborating closely with internal teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Delivering Salesforce projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements and configuration through to deployment and post-launch support
• Making configuration changes like complex flows, custom fields/objects, lightning page layouts, dashboards, and reports
• Owning deployments using Gearset
• Assisting with integrations and data migration

On The BAU Side, Your Duties Will Include

• Managing users, licences, and security settings
• Handling data imports/exports and ensuring data integrity
• Providing day-to-day platform support
• Identifying and delivering system improvements

What We’re Looking For

This role suits someone who is technically confident with Salesforce and can operate independently, while also collaborating well within a wider team. Key experience includes:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation (especially complex Flows)
• Confidence with custom objects, metadata deployments, and data loads
• Experience in user management, dashboards, and implementing declarative changes
• Hands-on experience with Lightning App Builder

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the Litify managed package
• Exposure to tools like Jira and Confluence
• Any Apex development or Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, etc.)
• Familiarity with the Titan platform
