Tria seeks a hands-on Salesforce Administrator for a remote role in the UK to support 850+ users across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement initiatives. The role involves day-to-day BAU administration and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience, Sales Cloud expertise, and a Salesforce Platform Administrator certification, with exposure to Experience Cloud and related tools being advantageous.
Occasional travel to London/other office - typically 1-2 days per month (Expensed travel)
We're working with a large, complex, and rapidly growing organisation to hire a Salesforce Administrator into a lean, in-house Salesforce team that owns the platform end-to-end.
This is a genuinely hands-on role with plenty of scope to make an impact. Due to increased demand for user support this role will involve the day to day BAU administration of SalesCloud.
The organisation has 850+ internal Salesforce users and is significantly expanding its use of the platform over the next 18 months. Alongside the existing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement estate, there are major initiatives underway across Agentforce, Experience Cloud and Data 360, with further capabilities being explored.
It's a fastpaced, evolving business where priorities can change quickly. The Salesforce team therefore needs people who are comfortable taking ownership, being proactive and getting stuck in rather than waiting to be told what to do. Ifyou enjoy taking ownership, asking good questions, solving problems and working collaboratively in an environment where there is plenty to do, you'll likely enjoy this role.
You'll need strong, hands-on Salesforce administration experience within a medium-to-large environment.
You must be able to work permanently in the UK without restrictions
