Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent role in Gloucester. You will build and maintain Salesforce solutions using flows, validation rules, approvals, and other declarative tools, while resolving issues by identifying root causes and applying configuration changes where possible.

Responsibilities include administering Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, managing users, permissions, security, reports, dashboards, and data access; coordinating releases and changes;

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong platform knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and working knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-focused approach translating requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with IT governance, change control, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and resolve issues by identifying root causes and applying configuration changes where possible.
• Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud), managing users, permissions, security, reports, dashboards and data access.
• Manage releases, changes, and support, following IT change control processes, handling incidents, maintaining enhancement backlogs, and escalating issues when required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, provide user training, and challenge requests that could negatively impact the platform.
• Maintain documentation and governance, ensuring system documentation, process maps, and configuration records are accurate.
