Job summary

Awaze in the UK is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain, configure and improve our Salesforce platform, supporting day-to-day operations and future enhancements. You will work with the Platform Lead, Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical Salesforce solutions that add value.

Qualifications

2–3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business environment.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Strong experience configuring Salesforce Lightning, including reports, dashboards, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, custom fields and flows.
Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Confidence managing users, roles, permissions, sharing rules and platform governance.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Flow and the ability to troubleshoot flow errors.
Awareness of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great user experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain, configure and optimise the Salesforce platform, integrations and reporting suite.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, flows, validation rules and other Salesforce configuration components.
Create and manage custom objects, record types, fields and object relationships.
Administer users, profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules and platform access to ensure secure and effective governance.
Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with Platform Lead, Product Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
Resolve user queries, incidents and service requests, providing a responsive and customer-focused support experience.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, recommend platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work effectively across multiple priorities, balancing support, change requests and platform improvements while meeting agreed deadlines.
