Job summary

GCB Recruitment seeks a Sales Valuer for an established estate agency covering the East Norfolk Coast. You will conduct market appraisals, win new instructions and manage a proactive sales pipeline, delivering strong customer service throughout the process.

The role offers a basic salary up to £28,500, a car allowance and an OTE around £45,000, with real scope to progress within a reputable property business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential estate agency
• Strong track record in valuations and winning instructions
• Confident in carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good knowledge of the local residential property market
• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
• Organised and able to manage your own pipeline
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities
