GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Sales Valuer for a market-leading estate agency in Southport. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary with £50,000–£60,000 OTE, plus mileage allowance and the chance to work with pre-booked valuations.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property valuations.
• Proven ability to win instructions and close for business.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate market appraisals for residential properties.
• Win instructions and convert valuations into listings.
• Build relationships with vendors throughout the sales process.
• Upsell services including financial services and conveyancing.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from valuation to instruction.
• Generate new business opportunities and support branch performance.
