Job summary

Flexi Agent in Southport is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our market-leading estate agency. You will lead market appraisals, convert valuations into instructions and actively grow your own pipeline of business.

As a key representative of the Flexi Agent brand, you will deliver expert pricing advice, build relationships with vendors and work collaboratively with the sales team to hit targets, while enjoying a rewarding earnings structure.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience.
• Proven experience winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional and personable approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong desire to achieve targets and maximise earning potential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions.

You will be a key representative of Flexi Agent, building strong relationships with vendors and providing expert advice throughout the selling process.
