Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property listing or valuations.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations

Sales Valuer Requirements
