Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales training, sales coaching, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching and development.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques and KPIs.
• Confident delivering both group training and 1-to-1 coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation and feedback skills.
• Comfortable conducting performance reviews and challenging performance conversations.
• Highly organised, proactive and results-driven.
• Passion for developing people and creating high-performing sales teams.
