Qualifications

• Experience knowledge of Sales, Commercial and Lead to Cash processes.
• Knowledge of at least one leading CRM/CPQ platform (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, PROS, Zuora, Conga).
• Ability to apply AI innovations to transform business processes.
• Skills in process design, journey mapping, requirements gathering and value case creation.
• Experience supporting Sales technology implementations and migrations, coordinating across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bring Sales and Commercial Excellence expertise and technology platform knowledge to transform client processes.
• Design affects on CRM, CPQ, pricing and revenue technologies; apply Agentic solutions to Lead to Cash.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in core processes.
• Plan and execute Sales Transformation activities from Discovery to Design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map journeys and build strategic roadmaps for large-scale rollouts.
