Job summary

Accenture Song in London is seeking a Sales & Technology Transformation Consultant to help clients transform how they sell, serve customers and run commercial operations. You’ll work across CRM, CPQ, pricing, AI and revenue technologies to design and deliver measurable value, with opportunities to shape global rollouts and drive adoption.

The role combines consulting rigor with hands-on delivery, enabling you to lead workshops, map journeys, define future-state processes, and build strategic

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales, Commercial and Lead to Cash processes.
• Experience with CRM/CPQ platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, PROS, Zuora, Conga).
• Ability to apply AI to optimize business processes.
• Experience delivering Sales technology implementations and migrations.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring Sales and Commercial Excellence domain expertise to transform client business processes and deliver measurable value.
• Design client processes on CRM, CPQ, pricing and revenue technologies and apply Agentic solutions across Lead to Cash.
• Identify opportunities where AI can reinvent and optimize core processes and bring innovation to engagements.
• Plan and run Sales Transformation activities across Discovery and Design lifecycles.
• Shape customer journeys, define future-state processes, create use cases and build strategic roadmaps.
