Job summary

Clarks is hiring a Sales Associate - Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service in our Blackburn store, driving sales and helping achieve KPI targets.

You’ll maintain high retail standards, keep the sales floor and back of house organised, and assist in opening/closing duties on weekends and bank holidays, with a positive, engaging attitude that reflects the Clarks brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and delivering customer service.
• Ability to work in a busy store and meet KPIs.
• Comfort with achieving sales targets and using selling models.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use product knowledge to assist customers.
• Support the achievement of store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate - Keyholderto provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.

• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.

• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards

• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
