Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver an outstanding consumer experience in-store while achieving set targets. You will be responsible for selling shoes and accessories, using the latest store technology, and supporting daily maintenance of high retail standards.

The role requires reliability and enthusiasm, with flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern including weekends. You will contribute to a welcoming shopping environment and uphold cash/stock procedures and merchandising

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet set KPI targets.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience, including using technology to enhance the consumer’s experience and staying up to date with product knowledge.
• Assist in achieving key store KPIs by delivering sales at targets set by the store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models. Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
